SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location. You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Please note: a customer signature is required for all deliveries, gift card orders, and shipments unless otherwise instructed. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes. We are unable to ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, and Wake Island.
International Shipping:
Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.
RETURNS:
*Due to the fast-moving pace of our handmade one per size inventory, we are unable to process refunds.
**WEB CREDIT ONLY
If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will be more than happy to make an EXCHANGE or issue a WEB CREDIT, (including SALE items) of the initial amount of your purchase before shipping and handling. **Once an item has been purchased using a web credit it is no longer applicable for return, it is considered as final sale unless is requested via email customerservice@dusicadusica.com and authorized.
Please note that we are offering a complimentary consultation before making any purchase. It will be our pleasure to go over all details regarding the items you are interested, that sometimes picture may not be able to present fully. We will also go over all your personal measurements to make sure you are receiving what you need.
Return request must be received within 7 day's from the date that merchandise was received.
Returned merchandise should include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached.
There are no price adjustments on sale merchandise. Sale merchandise will be web credited at the current markdown price.
Merchandise purchased full price, and returned after 7 days from the day purchased received, will be credited at the current markdown price.
Sale items held longer than 7 days are final sale and cannot be returned.
SAMPLE SALE items are not applicable to any form of return unless is requested via email customerservice@dusicadusica.com and authorized.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
To make a return, please fill in the application below. Note, we only accept applications that have been submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once submitted, applications will take 1-3 business days to process, you will receive instructions via email.
Return labels will not be included.
Once we receive the return package, with the item(s) in original condition and the original tags attached, your web credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
