SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery location. You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center. Please note: a customer signature is required for all deliveries, gift card orders and shipments unless otherwise instructed. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes. We are unable to ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island. 

International Shipping:

Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

International orders are only shiped via United States Postal Services for a flat fee of $100. 

 

RETURNS:

If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will be more than happy to make an exchange or issue a web credit of the initial amount of your purchase before shipping and handling. Please note that web credit is only applicable towards web shop purchases. **Once an item has been purchased using web credit it is no longer applicable for any form of return, it is considered as final sale. 

Due to the fast-moving pace of our hand made one per size inventory we are unable to process refunds. 

 Merchandise purchased online must be mailed for return within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund. Merchandise should include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached.

No price adjustments on sale merchandiseSale merchandise will be web credited at the current markdown price.

Sale items held longer than 7 days are final sale and cannot be returned. Merchandise purchased during online  sale promotions are considered as SALE merchandise, and will be web credited according to the conditions outlined in this section.

SAMPLE SALE items are not applicable for any form of return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please follow the link below and fill in the application. Note, we only accept applications that have been submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once submitted, applications will take 1-3 business days to process.
Return labels will not be included. 
Once we receive the return package, with the item(s) in original condition and the original tags attached, your web credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
